Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home.

態度，對我而言，比事實更重要。它比你的過去重要，它比你的教育程度重要，它比你的財富重要，它比你周遭的環境重要，它比你的成功和失敗重要，它比別人對你的想法或說法或所作所為還要重要。它比你的外貌、天賦、技能更為重要。它可以建立或是摧毀一間公司… 一座教堂… 一個家庭。
